I wasn't sure what outcome this course would provide, but I found myself opening more to love, both toward others and toward myself. I found other people responding to me more positively, and I found that I was able to let go of so much old gunk that I didn't know how to let go. I was skeptical, thinking that a simple meditation wouldn't do much, but it was the power punch at the end of each session. I released so much that was hidden deep inside during each lesson and after, in between lessons. In fact, just watching the introduction before I took the course was the catalyst for so much positive change. I found this course to be deeply helpful, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for healing.
